Must I use a candle holder?
Always use a non flammable candle holder. Almost all candles contain fragrance oils and dyes which when placed on furniture can bleed and leave marks. In addition, holders not only enhance the look of a burning candle but they are necessary for proper candle burning and to prevent spillage. Also, a melt pool on top of any scented candle will enhance the scent throw.

Why does my candle seem to smoke when lit?
The most common cause of smoke in a properly formulated candle is an untrimmed wick or drafty conditions. It the wick is too long, the flame cannot consume all the wax that is melted and being fed to it. You should always trim your candle wick to 1/4 inch before lighting. Drafts can cause brief puffs of smoke. If this occurs, extinguish the candle and move your candle to a less drafty location before re-lighting. Please be assured that our soy wax blends are formulated to burn clean and virtually soot free.

Why does my candle have white blotches?
White blotches in soy candles are common, and do not effect the scent, burn time or quality of the candle. Not all candles develop these spots and some can develop them even after being burned. Changes in soy wax can occur during changes in temperature and humidity.

How should I store my candles?
Candles should be stored in a cool, dark, dry place. This will help them retain their proper shape and remain highly scented for future enjoyment.

Do you accept credit cards for payment?
Yes, our shopping cart is linked with Paypal and is very easy to use and very secure. When you've completed your shopping, just follow the instructions for making payment. You can use your existing Paypal account or you can set up a new secure account at time of checkout. You can also choose to pay via debit card, or checking account.
In addition, Paypal now allows you to checkout without creating a new account. If you choose this payment method, just follow the easy instructions on our Paypal shopping cart. Shipping will be added prior to checking out and you will be able to confirm your order before actually sending a payment.

How long will it take to receive my order?
We manufacture your candles at the time of your order placement. This is important to make sure that you receive the most aromatic candles available. Generally, candle orders will ship in approximately 3-6 business days - you should receive your order in approximately 1-2 weeks. Longer ship times may apply for large orders and orders around the holidays.
