About Soy
Soy is a 100% naturally renewable resource. Our waxes are made from soybeans grown in the United States. We support our local and national farmers. There are no petroleum products used in our candles.
Soy candles do not have a chemical/petroleum underlying scent. They smell natural and fresh prior to scent addition. This ensures that you receive a clear, true scent which is desired.
Soy candles burn cooler, which means that they will burn for longer time periods. Our 8 oz. jars burn for a minimum of 35 hours and our 16 oz. jars burn for a minimum of 75 hours. When we say slow burning, we mean it.
Soy candles are known for their clean burning characteristics. They will not throw soot into your room. The proof is in the jar. Our jars burn clean. There will not be black residue left from the candle burning as with other types of candles.
(If puffs of smoke are apparent, the wick probably needs trimmed. Extinguish the candle, left cool and trim the wick. Heavily scented candles will develop a bloom on the wick. This is natural)
